The Campbell's Company is seeking a Packer for the 3rd Shift to ensure finished goods are accurately packed, inspected, palletized, and prepared for shipment. You will help maintain quality and safety standards while supporting efficient production.

Responsibilities include packaging, quality checks, and material handling as well as assisting with line startups and changeovers. Must-have qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare cartons and trays for packaging and label materials.
• Verify packaging materials are ready and available.
• Pack products into cartons and displays per specs.
• Ensure correct case labeling and seal cartons when needed.
• Assist with production line startups and changeovers.
