Job summary

Bell’s and New Belgium is seeking an experienced packaging operator to run high-speed lines on the 3rd shift (11pm–7am, Sun–Thu). You will start up, operate, and shut down equipment and assist with troubleshooting.

The role includes loading/unloading, forklift operation, QA sampling, and training teammates while maintaining a clean work area and following SOPs. Applicants should have mechanical skills and basic computer literacy.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-speed production equipment.
• Solid mechanical skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read reports/instructions.
• Ability to train new personnel when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate, start up, and shut down packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and adjust as needed.
• Engage in quality assurance activities and testing.
• Load/unload material and finished product; operate forklift.
• Maintain clean work environment and follow SOPs.
• Train new personnel and perform other duties as assigned.
