Job summary

Bell’s and New Belgium is seeking an operator for high-speed packaging lines to ensure steady production and quality. You will start up, run, and shut down equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and participate in QA activities.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, walking and standing, and working a 3rd shift (11pm–7am, Sun–Thu) with a $6 shift differential between 6pm–6am. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-speed production equipment.
• Solid mechanical skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read reports, instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operates, starts up, runs, and shuts down equipment as required.
• Performs preliminary troubleshooting of equipment and production issues and makes adjustments.
• Participates in quality assurance activities (corrective action, sampling, testing, etc.).
• Loads/unloads material and finished product, including driving forklifts.
• Maintains a clean work environment.
• Follows Standard Operating Guidelines and checklists.
• Trains new personnel and other team members when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
