Job summary

Bell’s and New Belgium is seeking a skilled packaging operator to run and maintain high-speed packaging lines in a 3rd shift, Sunday-Thursday, 11pm–7am. Base wage starts at $21.00 per hour, with an additional $6.00 per hour shift differential for hours between 6pm and 6am.

Candidates should have mechanical aptitude, basic computer skills, and the ability to read reports and procedures. The role includes start-up, operation, troubleshooting, quality assurance, forklift operation, and training new

• Experience with high speed production equipment.
• Solid mechanical skills are required.
• Basic computer skills are needed.
• Ability to read reports, instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Starts up, operates and shuts down equipment as required.
• Troubleshoots production issues and makes adjustments.
• Participates in quality assurance activities and testing.
• Loads/unloads materials and finishes products; operates a forklift.
• Maintains a clean work environment and follows SOPs.
• Trains new personnel and other team members as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
