Job summary

Bell’s and New Belgium seeks a dedicated operator for high-speed packaging lines in Fort Collins. The role involves start-up, operation, troubleshooting, and quality assurance to ensure efficient production and product integrity.

Responsibilities include loading materials, maintaining a clean workspace, following SOPs, and training new team members as needed. Strong mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills required; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with high-speed production equipment desired.
• Solid mechanical skills are required.
• Basic computer skills to read reports, instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain high-speed packaging lines, including start-up, operation, and shutdown.
• Conduct initial troubleshooting and adjust equipment as needed.
• Engage in quality assurance activities (sampling, testing, corrective action).
• Load/unload material and finished product, including forklift operation.
• Maintain clean work environment and follow SOPs; train new personnel when needed.
