PIM Brands is looking for a 3rd Shift Packaging Team Lead to join its team in Somerset, NJ. This role is key in leading packaging line operations with approximately 50 associates, ensuring high-quality standards while driving operational performance through lean initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management within a packaging environment, exceptional leadership qualities, and a passion for mentoring team members to achieve excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of management experience in a packaging environment, preferably in the confectionary industry.
• Strong focus with the courage, drive, and discipline to execute.
• Demonstrated ability to influence people and build trust.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and development to team and associates.
• Aligns continuous improvement initiatives with key performance metrics.
• Conducts quality and safety audits as scheduled.
