Accupac in Mainland, PA is seeking a Team Leader for the 3rd shift to oversee daily packaging line operations, ensure safety, quality, and adherence to cGMP.

You will guide and develop Line Workers and Material Handlers, ensure proper line setup, and maintain production records while meeting timelines.

This hands-on role demands strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; manufacturing and team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in reading production specifications and completing documentation.
• Ability to train and lead team members effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe operation of packaging lines.
• Ensure line setup follows SOPs and customer specs.
• Monitor batch codes, components, and package quality.
• Assist Packaging Supervisor with line audits and performance updates.
• Lead Line Workers and Material Handlers for safe, efficient practices.
• Operate and adjust machinery within training scope.
• Keep waste within limits and suggest improvements.
• Complete Finished Goods tickets and production documentation on time.
• Interface with customers during line tests and product launches.
• Support cGMP compliance and production efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
