Job summary

Winland Foods is seeking a Certified Packaging Team Member for 3rd shift Line 2. The role involves operating and maintaining packaging equipment, ensuring product labeling and packaging accuracy, and adhering to GMP and HACCP standards on a Buckner, KY site.

Salary starts at $24.02/hour with shift differential, plus comprehensive benefits. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of experience in manufacturing or food production, and forklift certification is preferred for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in manufacturing or food production.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification if not already held.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery (depalletizers, palletizers, conveyors, fillers, case packers, box machines, unscramblers).
• Perform equipment changeovers and address issues quickly.
• Record inventory transactions and shipments in SAP.
• Conduct quality checks on products and packaging.
• Support 5S initiatives and continuous improvement.
