Welch Packaging is seeking dependable utility team members for the York, PA plant on 3rd shift. You will work in a production environment following safety procedures, quality processes, and hitting targeted build rates.

You will perform duties from assembling to boxing, maintain cleanliness, and collaborate with team members to ensure 100% on-time delivery and reliable plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper safety procedures and processes.
• Ensure product built to spec and 100% accurate.
• Maintain high productivity to support on-time delivery.
• Keep plant housekeeping standards.
• Work as a team with all facility members.
• Assemble, stack, wrap, staple, glue, sticker and tape boxes as needed.
