Job summary

Cargill is seeking a Packaging Line Operator in Cincinnati, OH to operate production equipment in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner. You will handle filling, capping, labeling lines, and move pallets within the line and warehouse while supporting the production schedule.

The role requires physical work, teamwork, and adherence to quality and safety policies. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and willingness to work overtime including

Qualifications

• Right to work in the U.S. (not student visa)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties
• Able to work overtime including weekends/holidays
• Willing to work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions
• English proficiency (verbal/written)

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle filling, capping, labeling lines.
• Operate forklift, palletizer, and packaging equipment.
• Move pallets and materials to/from line and warehouse.
• Assist production schedule and material issuance.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Change lineover and adjust parts for product changes.
• Maintain safety and clean working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
