Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic math and the ability to read machinery diagrams and technical instructions.
• Interpreting production paperwork and quality test results.
• Ability to pass company training and certifications related to machine operation and food safety.
• Basic computer entry for inventory control purposes.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment assigned to the area, including enrobers, wrappers, cutting equipment, melters, and tempering machines.
• Follow SOPs, SSOPs, GMPs, and equipment procedures.
• Record production details including line rates, downtime, quality tests, and total production.
• Ensure lines have necessary raw and packaging materials for each SKU.
• Transport waste, rework, and trash to appropriate areas with line associates.
• Verify accuracy of dates and production codes.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Uphold food safety and quality systems.
