Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator for the 3rd shift in Ashland, Ohio. You will safely operate packaging equipment, monitor production, and support line changeovers to maximize output while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing production schedules, ensuring packaging codes and seals meet specifications, and coordinating with maintenance and production leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently to support continuous production.
• Review schedules and plan material needs for the line.
• Monitor codes, dates, and pricing to ensure product accuracy.
• Maintain supplies of packaging materials and perform changeovers.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate with maintenance and leadership.
• Lead the packaging line and coordinate with team members.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and housekeeping policies are followed.
• Overtime may be required to support business needs.
