Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Maintenance Technician to support packaging and manufacturing equipment in a high-precision environment. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot complex systems, and document work through daily trackers.

Qualifications

5 years hands-on mechanical experience with packaging equipment (pharmaceutical, food, packaging, or similar manufacturing).
Completed accredited certification program in mechanical engineering/design/troubleshooting.
OR 3 years as a Perrigo Set Up Tech plus at least 2 years completed education in Mechanical/Industrial/Production/Electromechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot packaging and compounding equipment per SOPs.
Complete work orders performing skilled maintenance activities.
Perform preventive maintenance for packaging, compounding, and warehouse equipment.
Train production personnel on proper equipment use.
Set up, fine-tune, and troubleshoot equipment using Root Cause Analysis methods.
