The ideal candidate has 5+ years of GMP pharmaceutical packaging experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and solid communication abilities to coordinate with contractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of GMP pharmaceutical packaging/production experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of GMP practices.

Responsibilities

• Support installation, startup, and routine maintenance of packaging lines and utilities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Develop and revise preventive maintenance and SOPs.
• Coordinate with contractors and manage spare parts inventories.
• Assist in maintaining facility infrastructure.
• Support regulatory compliance and operational readiness.
