Job summary

Staples, Inc. Beloit is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates for a 4x10 schedule (4 days on, 1 day off). You may work in multiple areas including bulk/material handling, porter, replenishment, receiving/putaway/returns, returns, and shipping.

You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment, while maintaining safety and efficiency. We offer competitive pay with shift differential, footwear after 60 days, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

Minimum three (3) months related warehouse experience or equivalent training/education.
Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
Overtime may be required for full-time associates.
Must be able to work at heights up to 60 feet or more.
Must lift/pull boxes weighing 70–100 pounds by hand.
Must wear safety composite shoes.
Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick product up to 100 lbs.
Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance inside and outside the facility.
Handle receiving/putaway/returns, confirm product accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Unload trucks, palletize products, and move them safely within the warehouse.
Organize, stack, shrink-wrap customer orders and load trucks.
Be adaptable to move into SC1/SC2 roles as needed.
Maintain a safe, clean, and collaborative work environment.
