Job summary

Staples, Inc. in Beloit, WI needs a warehouse associate to support multiple supply chain roles. You will operate material handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets), assist with receiving, replenishment, and shipping, and help maintain a safe, efficient warehouse.

This SC2 role offers pay-for-performance, benefits for full-time and part-time associates, and opportunities for growth. You must be able to lift 70–100 lbs and pass a drug screen, with availability for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• If Full-Time, ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to pick and move product up to 100 lbs within the warehouse.
• Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties inside and outside the facility with safety in mind.
• Execute replenishment and putaway tasks and prepare shipments as needed.
• Receive, verify, and resolve discrepancies and damages; communicate with teammates and internal/external contacts.
• Handle returns by matching items to packing slips and tagging appropriately; assist with warehouse processes as needed.
• Organize, shrink-wrap, and load customer orders; lift and move pallets safely in a fast-paced environment.
