Job summary

BRP Beloit is seeking a Warehouse Associate for 1st and 2nd shifts to support daily shipping and receiving operations. This long-term, full-time temporary role offers competitive pay and potential for permanent placement, with training provided for forklift/order picker and inventory tasks.

Facilities are not climate controlled; expect warm conditions in summer. Shifts run 8:30-5:00 (Mon–Fri) or 1:00-9:30 PM, with occasional early start and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Stable work history is required.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (10+ hours).
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and package products for shipping.
• Operate a forklift and/or order picker (training provided).
• Sort trailers and replenish shelves; load/unload trucks.
• Process returns and restock inventory; cycle counts.
• Assemble parts into kits and cross-train across departments.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment; stand/walk continuously.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
