Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP and SSOPs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble & reassemble manufacturing equipment for cleaning and sanitation.
• Assist with maintaining daily operational production efficiency and sanitation duties.
• Clean floor using sanitation chemicals as required, transporting trash and other waste to the disposal area.
• Monitor cleaning chemical concentrations to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Actively participate in training of new hires and transfers.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and timely.
• Follow a daily schedule and achieve specified goals.
• Follow GMPs, HACCP training, SOPs and SSOPs.
