• Operate and monitor equipment such as slicers and packaging machines.
• Set up machines and adjust speeds, weights, and cuts to specifications.
• Perform HACCP, GMP, and USDA/FSIS checks and quality inspections.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor issues; escalate as needed.
• Maintain clean, sanitized work areas and equipment per safety practices.
• Follow lockout/tagout and PPE procedures; ensure safe material handling.
• Communicate production issues and needs to leadership promptly.
