Job summary

Suja Life is seeking a Sanitation Crew Member to maintain a clean and safe production environment in Oceanside, CA. You will perform daily cleaning and deep sanitation to meet FDA standards and customer expectations.

The position requires reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance. Candidates should be able to work in a cold, wet environment and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Ability to communicate, read, listen, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize the plant quickly and efficiently.
• Work around large processing equipment during sanitation.
• Must be able to work as a team and assist in transporting heavy equipment.
• Maintain and store records as needed.
• Hand sweep or shovel debris and rubbish.
• Gather and empty trash containers.
• Perform heavy manual labor such as scrubbing and rinsing.
• Adhere to SOP, SSOP, GMP, and HACCP guidelines.
