Country Inn & Suites Red Wing seeks a 3rd Shift Guest Service Representative / Night Auditor to provide friendly overnight guest service, manage check-ins/outs, balance accounts, and generate daily reports. This role requires independent work, accuracy, and a calm, professional presence after hours.

Qualifications

• Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with hotel registration and reservation systems.
• Ability to interpret numbers for night auditing and end-of-shift reports.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Patience, tact, and diplomacy when handling guests and conflicts.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late arrivals with a friendly, professional presence.
• Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and overnight requests.
• Answer all incoming and in-house phone calls.
• Balance accounts and prepare daily reports for leadership.
• Keep front desk and lobby organized and presentable.
• Conduct routine property walks to ensure safety and security.
