Country Inn & Suites Red Wing is seeking a reliable Night Auditor / Guest Service Representative for the 11pm–7am shift. Join a friendly team that values precision, safety, and guest well-being during overnight hours.

You will manage late check-ins, assist guests with requests, balance nightly transactions, and prepare daily reports while maintaining a calm, welcoming lobby environment.

Qualifications

• Great attention to detail and accuracy in nightly tasks.
• Ability to balance accounts and prepare reports.
• Experience using hotel PMS and front desk systems preferred.
• Comfortable working independently overnight and in a calm environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests during late check-ins and check-outs with a warm, professional presence.
• Assist guests with overnight requests and inquiries; answer calls as needed.
• Balance nightly transactions and balance accounts with accuracy.
• Prepare end-of-day reports and ensure lobby/desk area stays organized.
• Maintain safety and security through routine property walks.
