Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking Machine Operators for a night shift on a rotating Saturdays schedule. You will operate manufacturing machines, follow SOPs and drawings, and ensure product quality throughout the production process.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and compliance with GMP/GDP standards. Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing or related experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English for safety, quality, and production documentation.
• GMP/GDP experience is a plus.
• Medical device manufacturing experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operating manufacturing machines and equipment.
• Following work orders, SOPs, drawings, and production instructions.
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Taking measurements and performing visual quality checks.
• Completing required production documentation.
• Following GMP and GDP requirements.

• Supporting continuous improvement projects.
