Job summary

Nippon Paint Automotive Americas, Inc. is seeking a Milling Operator for the 3rd shift. The role involves operating department mills, filling production batches, and supporting multiple Paint Plant operations. Training may require off-shift hours.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, monitoring equipment, and ensuring accuracy of labels and containers. Proficiency with SAP and MS Office is expected, with safety and teamwork emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in both oral and written form.
• Experience working in manufacturing or production environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate department mills and fill production batches in Milling plant.
• Follow SOPs, batch tickets, and process sheets.
• Operate equipment to fill batches and clean mill systems.
• Monitor mills, tanks, and process parameters and equipment.
• Label finished goods and manage containers per IDs.
• Move materials using forklift when required.
• Identify off-quality products and initiate corrective actions.
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office to complete orders.
• Maintain housekeeping and testing equipment in labs and production areas.
• Perform activities in other Operations areas as needed.
