Job summary

NPAA is seeking a Milling Operator for 3rd shift to operate department mills and fill production batches in the Milling plant, with involvement in related areas such as Small Paint Plant and Waterbase.

The role requires following SOPs, safety policies, and using equipment like KD Dyno Mills, ECN Dyno Mills, NetzschTurbo Mills, scales, mixers, and bulk systems. Proficiency with SAP and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to present information clearly and respond to inquiries or complaints.

Responsibilities

• Operate mills and fill production batches using listed equipment.
• Monitor process parameters and equipment.
• Move materials with forklift and maintain housekeeping in production areas.
• Utilize SAP and MS Office to complete orders.
• Support other Operations areas as needed.
