Nippon Paint Automotive Americas Inc. is hiring a Production Operator for the Small Paint Plant (SPP) on the 3rd shift in Lansing, IL. The role involves operating the automated pail filling systems, load cells, mixers, and related equipment to fill batches and support other Operations areas.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow SOPs, batch tickets, and safety policies.
• Flexible to training on 1st or 2nd shift as required.
• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs, batch tickets, process sheets, and safety policies.
• Operate equipment for filling batches (automated pail filling, scales/load cells, mixers).
• Fill finished goods into containers with correct IDs and labels.
• Safely operate a forklift to move materials.
• Contribute to improvement teams and suggest corrective actions.
