Job summary

The Wenger Group is hiring Mill Technician I in Pennsylvania to support milling operations, grain testing, and the manual addition of feed ingredients. You will learn inventory management, maintenance, and safe operation of production equipment in a team-oriented environment.

Successful candidates will follow FSMA and SQF standards, demonstrate basic math and computer skills, and commit to a reliable work schedule including weekends and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• FSMA and SQF compliance knowledge is required.
• Basic understanding of animal nutrition and how ingredients interact.
• Willingness to learn production equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate milling operations and monitor grain testing processes.
• Perform manual addition of feed ingredients and record usage.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the mill area.
• Assist with inventory management and basic maintenance tasks.
• Navigate and use production systems as directed.
