Job summary

The Wenger Group is seeking a Mill Shift Supervisor to lead daily feed production, coordinate shift staff, and uphold quality and safety standards at our Pennsylvania mill. The role involves training, collaboration with quality, procurement, and transportation teams, and ensuring compliance with food safety policies.

Candidates should have a minimum of a high school diploma, 1 year of feed mill experience preferred, and strong math, computer, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a feed mill or comparable manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
• Demonstrates leadership capabilities and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist in the production of feed on assigned shift.
• Ensure quality processes are followed and staff are trained on procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping within the facility.
• Function in an 'on call' capacity and cover other shifts when needed.
