Generac Power Systems Inc. in Eagle, WI is hiring for a Welder on the 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM) with Friday overtime as needed. Starting wage ranges from $21.25/hr for Welder I and $25.50/hr for Welder II, plus an 11% shift premium and a quarterly bonus up to 6% based on site performance.

Welders perform MIG, aluminum, TIG and robotic welding to fabricate parts for assembly, interpreting drawings, following safety rules, and supporting multiple product lines as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or welding certification.
• Welder I: internal written and physical weld test.
• Experience with MIG/TIG welding and basic welding equipment knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Comply with safety rules and operate welding equipment safely.
• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to weld parts.
• Support across products and areas as needed; operate robotic welder.
