Job summary

Generac Power Systems in Wisconsin is seeking Welders I–III to support fabrication and assembly of product lines. Perform MIG, aluminum, TIG, and robotic welding under supervision, with emphasis on quality and safety. Base pay is $21.25 per hour with a 13% shift premium.

Progressing through Welder I–III requires training, testing, and demonstrated welding competencies. Candidates should be able to read drawings and operate standard welding equipment in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or certification is required.
• Welder I: basic welding fundamentals and internal weld test.
• Welder II: 1 year of production welding exp. and internal weld test.
• Welder III: 2 years of production welding exp. and internal weld test.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and operate welding equipment.
• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints for welding tasks.
• Support across Welder I-III responsibilities; assist with robotic welder.
