Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in welding in a manufacturing/industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manually operate MIG welding equipment to weld radiator stiffener components.
• Adjust welding parameters including voltage, amperage, gas flow and wire feed speed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, prints, and job traveler packets.
• Inspect welds and finished components to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area in accordance with 5S standards.
