Job summary

MENK USA LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift MIG/MAG Operator to weld radiator stiffeners and parts in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will set up and run MIG equipment, adjust process parameters, and inspect welded components to ensure quality.

Ideal applicants have MIG welding experience, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to safety and teamwork in a 5S environment. High school diploma or GED is required and technical welding training is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical school training and/or on-the-job MIG welding experience.
• Proficiency with welding tools and equipment.
• Employees must meet minimum competency requirements and maintain required training.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and job travelers.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment to weld radiator stiffener components.
• Adjust welding parameters (voltage, amperage, gas flow, wire feed speed, travel speed).
• Operate oxygen/acetylene torch equipment as required.
• Set up, run, and troubleshoot welding machines and related equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, prints, and job traveler packets.
• Measure components with metric tape for dimensional accuracy.
• Inspect welds and finished components for quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized 5S work area and follow safety procedures.
