Job summary

Raytheon in Andover, MA is seeking a Microelectronics Technician for an onsite, 3rd shift role. You will conduct microelectronic and microwave fabrication, screening and assembly while following verifications from verbal, written, or computer instructions.

Starting wage is $19.85 per hour. The position is onsite and part of a collective bargaining agreement. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Confidential clearance are required from day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass assessments related to duties.

Responsibilities

• Performs microelectronic and microwave fabricating, screening, assembly, inspection, active and passive trimming operations.
• Operates multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously.
• Maintains records and follows safety rules.
• Performs quality assurance and final acceptance.
• Onsite role with potential union representation.
