RTX is seeking a candidate for an onsite 3rd shift position in Andover, MA. Starting wage is $19.85 per hour. The role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Confidential Clearance after day 1.

Responsibilities include microelectronic and microwave fabrication, inspection, and related manufacturing tasks. Candidates must pass assessments and meet basic education requirements.

• Performs quality assurance lot and final acceptance.
• Verifies individual and lot integrity.
• Maintains records and moves materials.
• Follows safety rules in performance of duties.

3rd Shift: 10:00pm - 6:30am - Andover, Massachusetts. This is an onsite role

U.S. Citizenship is required. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. Self must have an active DoD Confidential Clearance after day 1.

What You Will Do

• Works to verbal, written, video, and computer instructions.
• Performs various microelectronic and microwave fabricating, screening, assembly, inspection, active and passive trimming operations.
• Operates multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously.
• Monitors process equipment and material for specification compliance and other tasks incidental to process.
• Performs all marking, stenciling, and painting as required per process.
• Performs quality assurance lot and final acceptance.
• Verifies individual and lot integrity.
• Advances or retrieves product, material, and tooling of self and others.
• Performs rework and other tasks incidental to producing product.
• Performs general maintenance and housekeeping of workplace, tools, and equipment.
• Maintains records, moves materials, and follows safety rules in performance of duties.
• Performs other similar duties as required or directed.

Qualifications You Must Have

• High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED).
• Ability to successfully pass required assessments related to the duties/tasks outlined in description above.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Works to verbal instructions, written operating specifications and computer instructions.
• Has previous microelectronics experience.
