You will manage materials planning, inventory, and warehouse operations while ensuring safety and productivity. Key duties include training, budgeting, overtime management, and collaboration with production and engineering to optimize processes and meet customer

Formación

• Has supervisory experience in a plant manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Working knowledge of bar code label printing and scanning technology.
• Experience in materials, supply chain, or inventory management.

Responsabilidades

• Motivate and empower teams to drive process improvements.
• Ensure resources and tools are available to meet the production plan.
• Report progress to Materials Operations Manager and drive CI projects.
• Lead training for new and existing department staff.
• Manage budgets, overtime, and scheduling to meet customer needs.
• Oversee inventory and warehouse operations and cycle counts.
• Develop standard processes to improve production efficiency.
