Techniplas South LLC is seeking a Water Spider in Dalton, GA to perform standardized material handling of small components and ensure steady product flow to production lines. You will observe machines, manage stock, and keep the work area clean and organized according to 5S and FIFO principles.

This full-time position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to work the 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED with interest in manufacturing.
• Basic math and reading comprehension are essential for daily tasks.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Perform standardized material handling of small components.
• Observe machine operations to ensure product flow to production lines.
• Maintain 5S cleanliness in workstation and supermarket area.
• Follow FIFO system for material handling and move containers to FIFO zone.
• Ensure inventory is scanned into work centers and stocked for line needs.
• Support production by supplying empty containers and necessary components.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and stand for the shift.
