Job summary

Dover Food Retail is hiring a Material Handler II – Water Spider for the 3rd shift at our Keosauqua, IA facility. You will support sheet metal, welding, paint, and kitting workflows by tracking parts, resolving issues, and assisting with material flow.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma/GED and at least three years of manufacturing experience, with blueprint reading and measurement tool proficiency. We offer a fast-paced team environment with safety focus and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum of three years in manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assist department by tracking parts and resolving issues.
• Read job orders, BOMs, and schematics to identify parts and tools.
• Help prepare tables from cutting to press breaks for bending.
• Sort and coordinate outsourced parts for correct color.
• Track and deliver expedited parts to the correct line.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow safety equipment requirements for each operation.
• Support lean initiatives and continuous improvement events.
