Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Shift Team Leader to provide guidance and support to production associates in the MagStop Value Stream. The role is a working leader with at least 40% of time in a team-based manufacturing cell, driving continuous improvement and daily management practices.

The incumbent will coach, train and coordinate with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery while modelling lean principles and standard work across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and recognized as a Lean Champion.
• Certified trainer in the area is required.
• Post-secondary education is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with supervision/leadership training and Lean methods is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to production associates in the MagStop Value Stream.
• Lead and coach daily management and 5S in the work area.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead by example and coach associates to follow policies and procedures.
• Cross-train on multiple teams/part numbers and ensure safety and quality are maintained.
