Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company is hiring a Material Handler for 3rd shift (9pm–7am) at our Ohio facility. This role handles raw materials, packaging and finished goods, and supports safe, efficient operations.

You will receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus and work as part of a collaborative team to meet daily production goals while maintaining clean, organized work areas and strict safety practices. We offer opportunities for training and advancement within a growing paints business.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Stand for extended periods and maneuver around equipment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds routinely and up to 80 pounds infrequently.
• Follow detailed instructions and record progress.
• Operate material handling equipment, hoists and other equipment.
• Work in a team environment and take ownership over assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Following all safety rules, processes and procedures.
• Receiving and handling raw materials needed for production.
• Loading and unloading trailers, following dock safety procedures.
• Operating robotic palletizers, stretch wrappers, conveyors.
• Maintaining clean and orderly work areas.
