Life Fitness/Hammer Strength in Owatonna, MN seeks a Material Handler on the 3rd Shift to move materials between departments and keep production flowing. You will transport, pick, package, and document parts, while operating forklifts and maintaining accurate inventory.

This role offers a 4‑day workweek, shift differential, and opportunity for overtime and bonuses. Base pay ranges $20.00–$23.88 per hour, with a $2.00 per hour 3rd shift differential and a 401(k) with 4% match.

Qualifications

• Basic math and counting
• Attention to detail and time management
• Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures in English
• Ability to work independently and safely in a fast-paced team
• Strong organizational skills and a motivated self-starter
• 3–5 years of relevant experience (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Forklift certification (preferred)
• Experience with Excel and databases (preferred)
• RF scanning experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Transport product and materials to work areas safely and on time
• Pick and package parts orders and replenish bins
• Document deliveries and verify part numbers, quantities, and locations
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scales
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and audits
• Use visual controls to replenish parts and identify shortages
• Complete inventory transactions in Oracle accurately and on time
• Support operators and coordinate with Materials, Receiving, and Shipping
• Report errors to supervisor and keep areas clean and organized
• Perform other duties as assigned
