Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength in Minnesota is seeking a Material Handler for the Weekend Shift (Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM). You will ensure materials, parts, and supplies are delivered safely, accurately, and on time to keep production lines running.

In this role you will organize and stage materials, operate forklifts, complete inventory transactions in Oracle, and collaborate with Supervisors to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred; ability to become forklift certified is required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately complete inventory transactions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Dependability, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Supervisors and Team Leads to ensure production areas are supplied and ready to minimize downtime.
• Organize, store, transport, and stage materials, parts, and supplies throughout the facility.
• Accurately complete routers, tags, and other inventory documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory and report shortages, overages, or material concerns.
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the facility.
• Complete inventory and material transactions accurately within Oracle.
• Deliver parts and supplies to production teams to maximize efficiency.
• Remove and distribute empty pallets, baskets, and containers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support other warehouse and production activities as assigned.
