Job summary

RRD is hiring for a 3rd shift material handler in West Bend, WI. Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.18 per hour, with a $2 per hour shift differential and additional incentives possible based on location and performance.

The role focuses on laying up and moving materials, preparing bundles, labeling, and ensuring safe, organized packing. A forklift or related equipment may be used as needed in a busy production and mailing environment.

Qualifications

• Stock, move, arrange and rotate items following operating instructions.
• Complete forms for stock description, quantity and labeling for incoming/outgoing materials.
• Proficiency with shrink-wrap, strapping and hand tools used in material handling.

Responsibilities

• Lays up, feeds or piles materials at equipment.
• Jog product off counter stacker and stack neatly on skid to ensure smooth bindery/mailing flow.
• Prepare skid flags and packaging slips for accurate tracking.
• Install strapping, bracing or padding to prevent movement during transit.
• Attach tags/labels and document information on cases, bales or containers.
• Bundle materials using banding machines and clinchers.
• Operate forklift, electric hoist, or other equipment as needed.
