Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength in Owatonna, MN is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift. You will set up and operate equipment to manufacture components for premium fitness equipment, with a 4-day workweek from Monday through Thursday, 7:30 PM-6:00 AM, and a $2.00 per hour shift premium.

Base pay ranges from $19.00 to $22.13 per hour, plus the 3rd shift differential and eligibility for Production Bonus Plan.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety are required.
• Ability to read measurements and use hand tools and gauges.
• Experience with blueprint reading and inspection equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment (punch press, shears, saws, drill press, timesaver, wash, tumbler).
• Inspect parts to verify tolerances and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep a clean, safe work area; complete required documentation.
