Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking a Material Handler for the Weekend Shift in Ramsey, MN. You will help keep production running by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials, parts, and supplies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This full-time role includes a 36-hour threshold for overtime eligibility and a weekend schedule Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM. We offer a base wage of $20.70–$24.60 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred; ability to become forklift certified is required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately complete inventory transactions.

Material Handler – Weekend Shift

Join Life Fitness/Hammer Strength as a Material Handler on our weekend shift and help build high-quality strength and fitness equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll keep production running smoothly by ensuring materials, parts and supplies are delivered safely, accurately, and on time.

This full-time position offers a base wage of $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, plus overtime eligibility after only 36 hours worked.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to safely perform the essential functions of the job, including:

• Successfully complete a visual acuity examination as required for the position.
• Lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Push and pull materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach overhead, and handle materials throughout the workday.
• Operate a forklift for extended periods.

Your base wage will be between $20.70 - $24.60 per hour and includes eligibility for overtime. The actual wage offer will be based on qualifications, experience, location, and other relevant factors. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in the Production Bonus Plan, which provides opportunities to earn additional compensation based on performance metrics. Bonus eligibility is subject to meeting certain production goals and other criteria as outlined.
