Job summary

Baldwin Richardson Foods is seeking a Material Handler for the 3rd shift (12:00AM–8:30AM) in New York. You will operate stackers, move materials, and ensure compliance with 5S, GMP, and Food Safety standards while supporting production with timely stock.

No experience or high school diploma required. Eligibility includes obtaining a Walk Behind Stacker license and adhering to safety procedures. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for new hires on 2nd or 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• No diploma required (GED accepted).
• Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain a Walk Behind Stacker license.

Responsibilities

• Operate walk-behind stackers and equipment per BRF safety procedures.
• Inspect and document equipment deficiencies as required.
• Maintain 5S, GMP and Food Safety standards in the work area.
• Transfer interplant product, locate materials, and move goods to holding locations.
• Report deficiencies and damaged materials to supervision.
• Assist with internal audits and suggest process improvements.
• Coordinate with Production Supervisor to ensure materials meet production schedules.
• Use SAP to transact materials (transfers, issues, returns, inventory adjustments).
• Wrap finished goods and label with correct handling unit.
