Job summary

Baldwin Richardson Foods in Williamson, NY is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to safely transport and store ingredients, packaging, and finished goods. You will drive forklifts, load and unload trucks, and support production lines while following BRF safety procedures.

This 2nd shift runs 3:00pm to 11:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a $0.75 per hour shift differential and a $2,000 sign-on bonus for new hires on 2nd or 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience in a manufacturing setting.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift license required; recertification through training.
• English fluency required for directions and documentation.
• Ability to enter information in English into computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and equipment following safety procedures.
• Inspect pallet condition and load stability for safe handling.
• Maintain GMP and food safety standards.
• Receive and transfer interplant product and load truckloads and LTL orders.
• Document transactions in SAP and update inventory.
