Job summary

Baldwin Richardson Foods is seeking a Production Operator I to join our 3rd shift team in Williamson, NY. You will operate food packaging equipment, monitor lines, and follow SOPs to keep quality and safety at the forefront while growing in manufacturing.

Entry requires minimal experience with a strong mechanical mindset and a team-first attitude. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered for new hires on 2nd or 3rd shift, plus a $1.50 per hour shift differential for the 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months previous work experience required.
• Must obtain satisfactory mechanical aptitude assessment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate food packaging equipment and ensure line components function correctly.
• Monitor production, perform checks, and adjust equipment to maximize efficiency, yields, quality, and safety.
• Ensure quality standards: weights, codes, packaging, placards, fill cards, checks.
