Oatey is hiring for an assembly-focused role in Shakopee, Minnesota. The position involves assembling components according to SOPs, reading documentation, and following daily production schedules to ensure timely build of products.

Ideal candidates have basic math and reading/writing skills, ability to operate machinery, and willingness to learn blueprints. 1–2 years in manufacturing preferred; HS diploma or equivalent preferred.

Position Summary:

Demonstrates proficiency and regularly performs assembly duties for large, small, and long test balls, municipal balls, tubes and inserts, rubber cutters, PET Foam, wall drains, PVC drains, kitting, drain kit packaging, or other specialty products.

• One (1) to two (2) years in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Education and Certification:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation Range for the Position:

$15.71 - $20.03 - $24.35 USD

Offer amount determined by experience and review of internal talent.
