Job summary

Oatey is seeking an Assembly Technician to perform and document assembly tasks for a variety of products. You will read SOPs, follow daily schedules, prepare materials, and set up equipment for daily builds.

You may also order materials and stage products as needed, while maintaining accurate records of production activity. The role requires basic math and reading/writing skills, plus the ability to operate machinery and read blueprints or learn to do so.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math, reading and writing skills.

• 1–2 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Position Summary:

Demonstrates proficiency and regularly performs assembly duties for large, small, and long test balls, municipal balls, tubes and inserts, rubber cutters, PET Foam, wall drains, PVC drains, kitting, drain kit packaging, or other specialty products.

Knowledge and Experience:

• One (1) to two (2) years in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Education and Certification:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation Range for the Position:

$15.71 - $20.03 - $24.35 USD

Offer amount determined by experience and review of internal talent.
