Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably machining or CNC operations.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience required.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, equipment setup, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to lead teams, manage workflow, and optimize production in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all machining and production activities during 3rd shift, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Lead a team of machine operators, assemblers, and quality personnel; provide coaching and daily direction.
• Verify materials, tooling, and components meet specifications for production processing.
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate workflow to meet deadlines and staffing needs.
• Identify and resolve operational issues related to machining processes, equipment, and production flow.
